Payment Terms

• Monthly subscriptions are payable on the 1st of each month by pre-authorized bank withdrawal.
• One-time or non-recurring services (e.g., single mandates, à la carte tasks) are payable upon receipt of invoice, unless otherwise agreed.
• Online training programs and downloaded digital tools are non-refundable. Their effectiveness depends greatly on your commitment to completing the modules and applying the guidance provided.

We believe in the quality of our content and tools, but as with any coaching or training, results may vary from person to person.

Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and, where necessary, sharing of your data as described in that policy.

Termination

Services are exclusively reserved for the use of the person who made the purchase. They may not be used, in whole or in part, by a third party without our prior written authorization.

3. Pricing

The prices of our products and services are listed in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes, unless otherwise expressly stated. All orders, regardless of origin, must be paid in Canadian dollars.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, without notice. However, services are always billed at the rates in effect at the time of the transaction.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment for your purchases must be made by credit card, according to the procedure described during the registration process. You agree to assume full responsibility for payment of the total cost of the purchased service, including applicable taxes and any related charges.

All Services are covered by a thirty (30)-day money-back guarantee, subject to the following conditions:

• The request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. No refund will be granted beyond 30 days.
• A refund is only possible if the Service has not been fully completed.
• For "1:1 Coaching" Services, sessions already completed will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• "Strategic Coffee" Services are refundable only if the session has not taken place.

5. Cancellation

Any session cancellation for a Service must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance. Any session cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be billed in full, without exception.

When cancellation is submitted within the required timeframe, the session may be rescheduled to the next available date at no additional charge.

6. Intellectual Property

Certain names, words, titles, phrases, logos, icons, graphic elements, designs, or other content appearing on our Site or in connection with the Services are trademarks or trade names that belong to us, or are licensed to us.

All materials provided are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, modification, copying, downloading, broadcasting, retransmission, translation, adaptation, or exploitation of this content, in whole or in part, without our prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited.

The Application provides access to:

• educational resources (documents, tools, templates);
• tracking of your progress in the program;
• productivity and organization tools;
• a communication space with your coach.

The Application does not constitute:

• a guarantee of business results.

Before making any important decision, it is your responsibility to consult a qualified professional.

2. Access to the Application

Access to the Application is included in your enrollment in the "Du chaos à l'harmonie" program. This access is:

• personal and non-transferable;
• valid for the duration of your participation in the program (6 months);
• extended according to the terms agreed upon at the end of the program.

Your login credentials are strictly personal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity carried out under your account.

Your access to the Application is valid for the duration of your participation in the "Du chaos à l'harmonie" program, which is six (6) months from the start date of your cohort.

At the end of the program:

• you will be informed of extension options, if applicable;
• you may request the export of your personal data and documents;
• access will be deactivated according to the agreed terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in the event of non-compliance with these Terms or the program's conditions.

In the event of a discrepancy, the program-specific terms prevail for matters related to registration, payment, and coaching service delivery.

Premium Tier ($20.99/month):

• Quarterly billing: $62.97 every three months
• Annual billing: $199/year (two months free)
• Minimum three-month commitment
• Access to the Resources section (digital books included)

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree:

• that the initial payment covers the first three months of use;
• that renewal is automatic every three months or annually, depending on your choice;
• that cancellation must be completed before the renewal date to avoid the next charge;
• that access is personal, non-transferable, and valid for the duration of the chosen subscription.

5. Your Data Rights

In accordance with Quebec's Law 25 and Canadian personal information protection legislation, you have the following rights:

Right of access: You may request a copy of the information we hold about you.

• that you are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent before adding a person's contact information to your CRM;
• that data extracted from LinkedIn profiles is subject to LinkedIn's terms of use;
• that you will use this information in compliance with applicable personal information protection laws.

9. Intellectual Property

All content of the L'Axe Ascensium application, including interfaces, tools, methods, texts, and visuals, are protected by copyright and remain the property of Ascensium Consultation inc.

Digital books accessible in the Resources section (Premium tier) are also protected and intended for personal use only. Any unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.
